Description
KidProv brings the art of improvisational comedy into the classroom, deftly integrating curriculum with energetic games that exercise the mind. In the 2.0 program (Grades 3-6), uses highly intactive games and activities to explore drawing conclusions, main idea, sequencing and summary.

Students Will
  • learn about the art of improvisation.
  • participate in improvisational activities.
  • learn techniques of the creative process.
  • learn skills to help with the TAKS.

Technical Needs: Please designate a person in your school as the primary contact on the day of the program to facilitate artist needs. Stage area to be swept and cleared of all risers, desks, tables, etc. before artists arrival. Off stage areas must be clear.
Other Information: Artist has limited availability, schedule as early as possible.

Deadline: Minimum of three weeks prior to requested start date.
Cancellation Policy: A program is confirmed when you receive your contract by mail, fax, or email. Should illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program taking place as scheduled, Young Audiences will offer the option of rescheduling or using a substitute artist. Programs canceled by a school or community presenter after confirmation are subject to full payment. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged if a schedule change is requested after a program has been confirmed.
After School Policy: A teacher or afterschool employee must remain with class at all times.
